My family’s story is rooted in hard work, frugality, and determination. In 1961, my mother and father achieved an important milestone when they purchased their first home in Vauxhall, New Jersey. That house became the foundation for our family, where they raised six children and built a life centered on responsibility and perseverance. With limited resources but strong values, my parents made careful choices and always planned for the future.

Their commitment to self‑reliance led them into real estate investing years later. In 1978, my father purchased his first investment property, followed by a second in 1980, and continued onward from there.

Through his example, I learned practical skills, but more importantly, I learned the importance of discipline, independence, and taking pride in what you build. Those lessons continue to shape who I am today.

I started my real estate business in 2001 with a clear vision of building something lasting through hard work, persistence, and smart investment decisions. In the early years, I focused on identifying undervalued properties and learning every aspect of the rehabilitation process. From managing contractors to understanding market trends, each project helped me sharpen my skills and deepen my knowledge of the industry. Those foundational experiences laid the groundwork for the business I continue to grow today.

Over time, I successfully rehabilitated more than a dozen homes, transforming distressed properties into quality living spaces. Each renovation came with its own set of challenges, but I approached every project with a commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail. These rehabs not only improved neighborhoods but also strengthened my ability to manage timelines, budgets, and teams effectively. The hands-on experience I gained during this phase was invaluable in shaping my approach to real estate development.

As my experience and confidence grew, I made the transition into ground-up construction projects. This shift allowed me to take full control of the development process—from acquiring land and planning designs to overseeing construction from the foundation up. Moving into new construction marked an important evolution in my career, enabling me to create properties from scratch while continuing to deliver quality and value. Today, I remain focused on expanding my portfolio and building projects that reflect both my experience and long-term vision.
